Local Arrangements Crew

We can't put on a successful Professional Development Conference without the assistance of our Local Arrangements Crew. At any time during the conference, there can be 15-20 events occurring at once. It is only with the help of Local Arrangements that we are able to ensure that each session and/or performance has what they need to be successful.

Each year, we recruit up to 25 responsible college students and adults to help us with this major undertaking. Local Arrangements crew manage tasks like moving equipment from room to room, setting up rooms and performances, and building bonds with the team over the course of the conference.
